I believe that each life event is experienced and processed by the whole person - mind, body, spirit, and emotion. Whether it’s physical pain, emotional issues, recent or past trauma, each must be evaluated and addressed in the way that is most effective.
It is my goal with each client to lead them down the path of wellness by integrating traditional and contemporary psychotherapies. I assist my clients in developing personal goals and the tools necessary to achieve balance and well-being.
I have worked with all ages using many therapeutic modalities depending on the needs of the individual. In addition to training in TA, NLP, Brief Therapy, and Psychodynamic models, current trainings are focused in Energy Therapies, EMDR, IADC, clinical hypnosis and The LifeLine Technique.

About My Practice and Philosophy of Care
About Esther L. Klein
Energy psychology is a family of mind/body techniques that have shown to consistently help with a wide range of life issues. These unique therapies works to restore the body's natural energy systems. The techniques are also helpful in promoting high-level mind-body health and peak performance in physical, mental and creative arenas of life.
This innovative therapy is based on the idea that some of the fears we face are unprocessed earlier life experiences that are locked in our nervous system. In trauma, information processing is disrupted and integration of the traumatic event is blocked. As a consequence, when aspects of the memory are triggered, the emotions are re-experienced at either a conscious or unconscious level. The goal of EMDR is to reprocess the memory so it is integrated in a healthy manner.
This comprehensive system which utilizes many healing modalities, integrates ancient philosophy and modern science. Dr. Darren Weissman’s methods of accessing, harmonizing, and transforming subconscious reactive patterns, facilitates optimal health of the body and relationships in life. Reprogramming limiting beliefs and moving toward an intentional life are part of this transformational approach.
Desensitization and Reprocessing
Psychotherapists today are consistently helping grieving people experience a reconnection with someone who has passed away, resulting in healing deep sadness associated with grief. The method of inducing this experience, called "induced after-death communication" or IADC®, was discovered in 1995 by Allan L. Botkin, Psy.D.
